Day to day activities
▪ Arranging regular work for completion with junior team members
▪ Highlight issues to Directors and make service seamless to clients
▪ Own the accuracy of the key operating systems the business uses
▪ Prepare reports for property owning clients
▪ Prepare tax information for external accountants
▪ Prepare robust budgets and cash flow forecasts for clients
▪ Ad-Hoc tasks like investigative accounting, KPI review and creation
Terms
▪ Flexible working environment especially in the summer
▪ Salary – depending on quals/experiences
▪ Holiday allowance 25 days
▪ Home working available from time to time
Qualifications / Experience
▪ ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CAT qualified – or by experience
▪ Understanding of local Schedule A taxes beneficial but not essential
▪ Management experience an advantage but not essential
